Keyboard in WP7 emulator

A reoccurring question lately is there a way to enable the keyboard in the Windows Phone 7 emulator.
Yes hit the PAGE UP key to enable the host keyboard, and PAGE DOWN to disable it again.
Async CTP SP1

The Async CTP Refresh was announced today. It includes the highly anticipated Visual Studio 2010 SP1 compatibility, an updated EULA regarding usage in production (was prohibited in earlier version), they have also included a Windows Phone 7 version.
This release also includes a fix for the race condition I blog about earlier.
